1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee 

If you’re not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided:

  • You have completed less than 20% of the course content
  • You provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction when requesting the refund

To request a refund, email us at Support@wpcourse.store with your order details (email used at checkout, order/transaction ID, and date of purchase). Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

 

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The request is made after the refund window has passed
  • More than 20% of the course has been accessed/completed
  • The reason for the refund request is unrelated to course quality (e.g., change of mind after significant course consumption)
  • Bonuses have been downloaded and the request is solely for the bonuses

 

3. How to Request a Refund

Email Support@wpcourse.store with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  1. Full name used at checkout
  2. Email address used at checkout
  3. Transaction/Order ID
  4. Reason for refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.

 

4. Failed/Duplicate Transactions

If you were charged more than once for the same enrollment due to a technical error, or if payment was deducted but access was not granted, contact us immediately at Support@wpcourse.store with proof of payment for a full refund or access correction.
